We are smoking Atomic Buffalo Turds AKA ABT. These are jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese. They are then bacon wrapped and sprinkled with rub. We smoked the ABTs on a WSM smoker for approx 1 1/2 hours. About 15 minutes before they are done, drizzle sauce on the ABTs and let the sauce set in the smoker. These are great to bring to a BBQ potluck! Enjoy smoking a fatty!
